The setup for Transit Mode varies by platform, but the same principles apply:
Step 1: Add a debit or credit card to your Apple, Google, or Samsung Wallet
Step 2: In Settings, enable “Express Mode” (iOS) or “Tap to ride without opening Wallet” (Android) or “SimplyGo” (Samsung)
Step 3: Check before you travel. Does the public transport system in your city support contactless payments? And does it also support Transit Mode? Check the city list.
